This presentation consists of a video slide show. After a short introduction, slides fill the screen with narration discussing the slide and other pertinent data. This program starts with a brief review of spin, balance and inertia with some examples of rotational inertia and the thresholds at which the performance of a body in a gravitational and magnetic field changes. The discussion proceeds balancing system that naturally exist on and in the earth and the process of earth crust adjustment. The presentation them moves in to Global Shift - Phase I, an anticipated crust shift and its impacts.
